Your health information is strictly confidential. Cedarvale will never sell, rent, license, or trade your personal or health data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Your health records are only accessible to authorized staff members directly involved in coordinating your program and care. We will only disclose your information to outside parties where:

• You have provided explicit consent (e.g. sharing reports with your general practitioner or specialist). • Required or authorized by Australian law (e.g. public health notifications or lawful subpoenas). • Necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to life, health, or public safety.

All digital records are stored within encrypted, access-controlled databases hosted in secure Australian data centres. Physical health forms and consultation records are kept in secure, restricted-access facilities and retained in accordance with Australian health record retention standards.
